The 4 questions are :
- Who : your identity, your back stories, your team (Side.xyz, Frog.Tech, Tugan.ai, Tugan&Apollo)
- Why : your fight, your message, your culture, your vocabulary (ex : “Gs”)
- What : what you have to sell, your product
- How : your techniques, your passion, the 4-minute mile you can unlock for others,
Example :
- Iman Gadhzi : moved to mostly Who and Why (ex “puppet masters” BS)
- Alex Hormozi : lot of Who (stories about his achievements), lot of How (“how to” videos), soft Why = What (“join acquisition.com”)
Key components.
- What is your big belief that resonate with your market (ex: Alex Becker and “crypto gaming easy 1000X”) ⇒ Web3 Saas is the future / Side in particular / anyone should become a web3 entrepreneur / builder / community member / marketer (work vs. gamble)
- Are you part of a group / of a team? Who is your crew? (ex: Apollo’s “Lean Mfers”)
- Cross Social Network (n+1) : adding another social network increase dramatically the likelihood to connect deeper with you
- Visual Consistency (ex: NFT God)
- Try to have an iconic object / car / drink / subculture (ex: LaCroix from Sam Ovens, Tate’s Bugatti)
- Do you have an “autistic” routine (ex: “Jocko Willink 4 AM workout”)
- Other than work (5-10%) : add a little touch of lifestyle, personal stuff without losing the focus (ex: travel, food, values)
